BREAKING: NEW BILL Introduced To NULLIFY BIDEN'S EXECUTIVE ORDERS

South Dakota just introduced a bill that would challenge Biden's Executive Orders based on constitutionality in six major sections: "public health emergencies, natural resource regulation, agricultural regulation, land regulation, financial regulation, or gun control," The Post Millennial reports. The bill would allow the South Dakota Attorney General to review the Executive Orders passed and nullify them if they fall into one of those categories.

The bill states:

Notwithstanding any other law, no state agency, political subdivision, or any elected or appointed official or employee of this state or of a political subdivision may implement an executive order that restricts a person's rights or that is determined by the attorney general to be unconstitutional under this section if the order relates to:

(1)     A pandemic or other public health emergency;

(2)     The regulation of natural resources;

(3)     The regulation of the agricultural industry;

(4)     The regulation of land use;

(5)     The regulation of the financial sector through the imposition of environmental, social, or governance standards; or

(6)     The regulation of the constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

This comes at a time when Biden has implemented the most Executive Orders within the first couple weeks of presidency than any president in this nation's history. With some of them calling for coups in foreign countries and mandatory quarantine and mask mandates

This pushback comes as Biden essentially told the Republican party their voice doesn't matter and he'll do what he wants without them. But, South Dakota isn't the only state pushing back, six Attorneys General from across the country told Biden they will sue him if he signs any more unconstitutional Executive Orders
