BREAKING: The Coronavirus "Relief" Bill Includes 1.4 BILLION DOLLARS For ILLEGAL SPYING PROGRAMS

By John Paluska, Founder of The Daily Fodder

The new relief bill certainly provides a lot of "relief," but the relief isn't quite going to whom you think it is. According to the bill's text, 773 MILLION DOLLARS went to the Deep State spying programs that were used against President Trump in the 2016 elections and following.

According to the bill's text on page 259 (267 of the PDF):

That of the funds provided under this heading, $656,140,000, of which $434,630,000, to remain available until September 30, 2022, shall be available for International Security Cooperation Programs and other programs to provide support and assistance to foreign security forces or other groups or individuals to conduct, support or facilitate counterterrorism, crisis response, or building partner capacity programs.

This "International Security Cooperation Program" is better known as the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, whose mission is to "advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges." according to their website.

However, in addition to the 656 million dollars given to them, an additional 177 MILLION DOLLARS was given to the National Security Division (another deep state hub), which carries out a lot of the surveillance on Americans. See page 158 (166 of the PDF) of the bill:

For expenses necessary to carry out the activities of the National Security Division, $117,451,000, of which not to exceed $5,000,000 for information technology systems shall remain available until expended.

According to the National Security Division's website:

The mission of the National Security Division is to carry out the Department’s highest priority: protect the United States from threats to our national security by pursuing justice through the law. The NSD's organizational structure is designed to ensure greater coordination and unity of purpose between prosecutors and law enforcement agencies, on the one hand, and intelligence attorneys and the Intelligence Community, on the other, thus strengthening the effectiveness of the federal government's national security efforts.

You may recall that there were multiple members of the National Security Division who were surveilling President Trump.

However, it doesn't end there. A hefty 633 MILLION DOLLARS went into a "management account" for the intelligence community. This "management account" is basically their funds to do whatever it is they do. According to the bill on page 288 (page 296 of the PDF):

INTELLIGENCE COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT ACCOUNT

For necessary expenses of the Intelligence Community Management Account, $633,719,000.

If you recall, these intelligence agencies were behind most of the spying and many of the "anonymous sources" that the Inspector General ultimately concluded was baseless.

So there you have it, all this talk of "accountability" and "reining in" the intelligence community's completely illegal activity amounted to a 1.4 billion dollar check for them to continue business as usual. They are free to now spy on other citizens and snow job other candidates they dislike.
