At least 6 dangerous sex traffickers and pedophiles were arrested in the last 48 hours all around the country, putting yet ANOTHER dent into what is the FASTEST GROWING criminal enterprise in the WORLD. But the mainstream media barely talked about it.

In Michigan, a pedophile pastor was charged with child sex abuse and child sex trafficking among other charges. The pedophile trafficked at least one child for sexual pleasure and had at least one forceful or coerced sexual encounter with a 13-15 year-old.

According to local news outlet Mlive:

Strickland had a warrant issued into lein for his arrest Friday, Aug. 21.

“We are aware of the charges and are currently making arrangements to turn Pastor Strickland into the court so he can be arraigned on these charges and the case can proceed,” said attorney Michael Hills, who is representing Strickland in the case.

“It has been two years since these allegations first came forward and Pastor Strickland has remained in contact and available. He is not running from this. Pastor Strickland remains ready to turn himself in and deal with these charges accordingly.”

In September 2018, the Michigan State Police served a warrant at a home registered to Strickland and the Second Baptist Church.

But this pedophile pastor wasn't the only one arrested or indicted in the last 48 hours. In Kentucky, another potential pedophile was caught on social media trying to lure a child to have sex with him. He was charged with promoting human trafficking.

Cory King, the public affairs officer for the Kentucky Police Department stated the following “Social media is a pedophile’s playground. As parents, we have to be aware of who (children) are communicating with and how they are communicating. Owensboro and Daviess County is a great place to live and raise kids, and we don’t see this very often. But we are not immune to it.”

According to local outlet Messenger-Inquirer

The incident began Monday when a woman reported her teen daughter was missing. King said detectives were able to look through the juvenile’s social media and determine she had been in communication with Hargrove. He said detectives were also able to track the juvenile’s cell phone.

Troopers found the juvenile and Hargrove together in a parking lot on Kentucky 54 and took Hargrove into custody.

Hargrove was charged with promoting human trafficking, which is defined in part as when a person “benefits financially or receives anything of value from knowing participation in human trafficking,” or when a person “recruits, entices, harbors, transports or provides ... another person, knowing that person will be subject to human trafficking.”

Further, in Ohio, another three men were indicted for sex trafficking and drug running and prostitution. The men forced their victims to post ads on prostitution sites to attract clients. This had been going on from November, 2018, through February, 2020.

Local outlet Fox 28 has the list of charges against the three men:

  • Engaging in a Pattern of Corrupt Activity
  • Trafficking in Persons – Commercial Sex Acts with Specification
  • Compelling Prostitution
  • Promoting Prostitution
  • Felonious Assault with Specification
  • Having Weapons While Under Disability
  • Possession of Cocaine
  • Trafficking in Cocaine
  • Aggravated Possession of Drugs, Possession of a Fentanyl-Related Compound
  • Illegal Conveyance of Drugs of Abuse onto Grounds of a Specified Governmental Facility

Also, in Phoenix, Arizona, a woman approached an uncover police officer and offered to have sex with him for $100. But then she offered her 16-year-old friend for an additional $100. She was charged with child sex trafficking

According to reports, the woman and the 16-year-old were travelling from Mississippi to Texas and then to Arizona with the 16-year-old's boyfriend.

Cory Bollinger, of Streetlight USA, an organization that helps combat child sex trafficking, stated the following about the arrests:

"We only think about trafficking when we see the movie 'Taken' or things like that so it doesn't enter our minds. The reality is trafficking happens in grade schools. It happens in elementary and high schools."

It's appalling the mainstram media is largely silent about pedophilia and sex trafficking, including these cases from just the last 48 hours. This criminal enterprise must be stopped, and part of the way to do so is to alert people of its existence and then give people the resources to help combat it.
