BREAKING: Supreme Court SIDES WITH Trump In LANDMARK CASE On BIRTH CONTROL Opt-Out For Religious Institutions

The victories just keep rolling in, this time over the contentious birth control mandate in Obamacare. The mandate made it illegal for Catholic organizations to opt out of offering birth control over religious reasons. President Trump changed it through Executive Order when he entered office and allowed organizations to opt out for religious reasons.

Well, the issue finally went before the Supreme Court and the court ruled in favor of President Trump in a landmark case

As NBC29 broke the story:
The high court on Wednesday said 7-2 the administration acted properly when it allowed more employers who cite a religious or moral objection to opt out of covering birth control.

"We hold today that the Departments had the statutory authority to craft that exemption, as well as the contemporaneously issued moral exemption. We further hold that the rules promulgating these exemptions are free from procedural defects," Justice Clarence Thomas wrote.

As a result of the Obama-era health law most employers must cover birth control as a preventive service, at no charge to women, in their insurance plans.
This is important as the Bill of Rights explicitly states the Federal Government cannot make a law that regulates religion. The Obamacare birth control mandate clearly violated that clause, and President Trump was righting a wrong done to the American people when he undid the unconstitutional mandate. Now, the Supreme Court approved.
